CLA stands for Conjugated Linolenic Acid-it is an essential fatty acid that the body needs and uses in the following way: it stimulates the body to use/burn fat deposits as energy and also prevents the deposition of fat in the body. It also plays a role in muscle building. All in all it's a very good supplement to be on and I'd advise that every one uses it.

Granted, the results are not as quick as with your usual fat burners and it takes longer to get into the system but once it's in the system it works well AND is healthy!!!
