EVERYONE!!!!!! Read this!!!!
It appears that most of the people who train are under the misguided impression that supplements are the way out! They are called 'supplements' for reason! The most important thing in your training, irrispective of your goals, is your DIET! Everything else is extra! Conrad is also trying to drive this home, but I doubt that few of you follow his advice to see a dietician.
In some instance I might be considered a hypocite, but it was largely to the circumstances I find myself in. But, as of coming Wednsday, I am a devotee to a diet-plan.
Anyway, watch what you eat! The proverb 'You are what you eat!" springs to mind!
