Fit but 2 Small
Here's my Dilemma: I'm a Dancer, putting in hours of dancing per day. I'm Fit, really. I've got loads of energy, some say too much (I am slightly hyperactive, he he), I'm up in the morning at 6h30 and get home in the evenings between 10h30 and 11h00. Between all of this I manage to get in 1h30 hours worth of weight-lifting 3 times per week. Where's the problem?Well, I am 1.68m and my weight is 60kg...on the dot for the last 4 years!!!I never gain, no matter what! Now, I am strong for my height and weight, but would like to show just a little more muscle - a little more leanness. I am currently using Natural Anabolics from Muscle Science International. Is it worth it? What else can I do?PLEASE HELP.

EnergizerBunny,

I LOVE your name!!!

I do not see that you have a problem but if I interpret you correctly you would like to come across as being more toned? I'll base my answer on this assumption.

You may have to adapt your weight training. You're obviuosly getting in enough cardio so the solution is with the weights. When you do weights make sure that your rep ranges are no LESS than 15 to 20 reps per set. That way you are still exercising your muscle but adding that great toning effect as well.

Also, try and make it four days a week if possible so that you can do two days a week per body part.

Please let me know if I understood your question correctly?

Keep well,
