How fast
i don't have a lot of body fat, by the way I'm female.

I have started going to gim recently, I go 3-4 times a week for about an hour to an hour and a half sessions.

Doing 20 Min - cycling
20 min - Cross Trainer
Toning circuit and then I do some reps to tone my thighs and stomach which are the worst parts on my body.
I will strat increasing reps, sessions tec.But how long before I will start seeing results?

A good rule of thumb is 6 to 8 weeks-some see it sooner but prepare yourself for 6 to 8 weeks.
