How much Weight?
Hi,
Thanks for the previous advice, may I ask for some more.
I have been doing extensive cardio for the last 3 months and would like to incorporate weights.
I have been considering starting with the circuit, the machines have Green, Yellow & Red Dots on the weights, do I use these dots as a guide or do I work out a maximum weight for each machine, and if so how do I determine what is the maximum weight I should pick up?
Further should I do the circuit once or 2/ 3 times round?
A lot of questions!
Thanks for the help.

Barry,
The best indication for the weight that you use is that you choose a weight that you battle with for the last 2 reps. If it is green, yellow or red does not matter as long as the weight you choose is right for you.
Start out by doing the circuit twice-keep on for 4 to 6 weeks and then move on to more serious weight training.
Keep well and feel free to ask any more questions.
