incline bench??
when doing a incline bench press with a barbell, when you lower it down to your chest, should the bar be on niplles or almost below your chin?? some buffs reckon the lower you go, the more you use your shoulders and more your chest?? what do recommend?

When in doubt-go half way!!! What I mean byt his is that if you are wondering then make sure you lower the bar somewhere between your chin and nipples.
