Is this abs programme ok?
I sort of just do my own thing with abs, i just started weight training again this week, im on a mission to gain weight at the moment, anyways for abs i work them on my off days i gym on monday, wed, fri, and work abs on tues, thurs, sat, on those days i do 4 sets of 20 crunches, and then the same for twisted crunches, then i do the same for leg raises, is that ok? i want to also start doing bridges etc :)
