No Pain no gain????????????
I have started with my gi program last week, I do 20 min on the cross trainer and cycle for about 15.I the do some weight training but I am never really 'stiff' or sore the next morning.Does this mean my workout isn't working?

Not necessarily. One does need to keep on pushing themselves however and maybe your intensity is too low. I would suggest that you speak to a Bio or a Personal Trainer and let them see if they can work something our for you.
