Hi I've startes gimming this week.I am 20 and my BMI is 19.
I have become obsessed with building muscle on my abs, especially the obliques.Any programs,tips would be helpful.

Your BMI sounds good. The best way to target obliques is to add a twist movement to any of the ab exercises that you do. Go to the zone section of this website and check out some of the good ab exercises that we have on there.
