i would just like to know how much exercise is too much.
I am a 17yr old girl, 66kg, 1.77m. I eat about 300 calories a day, and exercise for 1 1/2hours per day. Two days a week in addition to this i do 2hours of tennis.
This consists of 1hour of cardio, usually cycling, as well as 30min or so of weights/resistance training, mostly this:
situps, push ups, lunges, skipping and then weights for my arms, chest, legs, stomach etc. I use 2-3kg weights.
My aim is to build up a little bit of muscle and burn fat.
My question- is this too much, cos i've read that you should have rest days in between your programme and stuff??

You most certainly do need rest days between training sessions. You seem to be overdoing it. Please post your program on here in a table form and we can evaluate it together.
