please help me with my damn gluets
please could u assist me.i have been eating pretty healthy with +-6 small meals,one which is american pro ultra lean.i do stationary rowing 30 min daily and do 20 min supercircuit daily which i include lundges.the problem is that my legs and especially my gluetes dont firm enough .what am i doing wrong! (the supercircuit covers all major muscle groups).
this is embarrasing as i dont look overweight,but without clothes the gluetes just are too flabby.please advise me how i can solve this longstanding problem! im 33 years old and +- 105 kg (rugby forward build..i think its mesomorph)

Ever heard of squats? You ain't body building ifyou ain't squatting. If you want a killer gltue program you need to do squats.
