Please help:Want to have a "Six-pack"
What excercises can i do 2 get a flat tummy...I would like to have a 'six-pack'.

Collin, Shandy,

Do hanging leg raises, reverse crunches, ball crunches and lying alt. elbow to knee curls.

Do these and you'll see results, but do remember that you'll need to do cardio to rid your tummy of any excess fat that may be covering your tummy.
