Programme to put on Mass


I am 1.78m tall & weigh 64kg.

I need to put on muscle & mass, and have just started going to gym - aprox 2 weeks..
I also have very skinny legs.. Is there any excerise to make my legs more "thicker"?

Can U please send me a programme so that I may gain muscle & mass & dont end up looking like a monster.

Any help will be appreciated.

Ha ha ha...G, that IS a VERY good example of what I constantly say-you ain't body building if you ain't squatting. To put on serious size not only in your legs but even the rest of your body squatting is the thing for you.
