Started again after three years non training plus food advice
Hi just wanted to know if it is quicker to build muscle if i have built it slightly in the past. i have not worked out for three years and would like build up again (will it take the same amount of time). Also i never really acheived the results i wanted the first time round i want a healthy diet that optimizes muscle growth and reduces existing fat (mainly around my stomach). Also wanted to know reps/sets advice for building and toning. my email is

Muscle does have a memory so it is usually easier to see quicker results the second or even third etc. time round when doing weight training.

My suggestion for an eating plan is that you consult a dietician/sports nutritionist in your area for an in-depth evaluation, assessment and eating plan.
