Weight Loss - just stopped after 30 kg in 3 months
3 x a week I (48yrs) do 20 min Cardio at 70 % HR on each of the following: Rowing, Steps, Treadmill & Bike and have done so for the last 3 months, with a low Carbohydrate 3 meal a day Diet, utilising the USN Tabs' & Meal replacement shakes at lunch time.
All this has resulted in my losing 30kg of weight, but I still need to loose another 30 kg as I weighed 163kg
My problem is that my wieght loss has stopped, in actual fact I am picking up weight.

What I suggest is that you contact a sports nutrition expert and get them to consult you on an eating plan.

You do alot of cardio and that is fine but I would like to see you include wieght training in your regimen. You may gain a bit of weight in the form of muscle but this in itself is good as muscle has a metabolism of it's own and this helps to raise your body's basal metabolic rate which will assist in burning fat and energy.

Therefore, by doing the above you will lose fat and gain good healthy muscle and this will improve your body composition which will in turn improve your overall health and well-being.
