Stiff shoulders - headaches - dizziness
Hi Doc,

I have been getting very bad headaches at the base of my skull which I've been told is from stiff shoulder muscles pulling my neck out of allignment. However, recently I've also been feeling dizzy and funny (I feel physically as though I'm dreaming or in a daze or something even though I'm wide awake) - mentally not present.

Any idea whether this could be related to my neck?

This could be related to your neck and I would recommend a thorough physical examination, possibly with X/Rays be done as soon as possible. Your case history is very important too - which will indicate what kind of care will be best suited to your condition. Consult your family physician or a chiropractor for further advice.
