Compartment syndrome
My 21 year old daughter was diagnosed with compartment syndrome, anterior, lower leg (23, 21).

The orthopedic surgeon and the GP says " cut" , the physiotherapist and the biokinetisist says " conservative" 

I need more imput.

Deep myofascial techniques to help release the fascia in the anterior lower leg compartment would be advisable at first. These 'hands on' techniques need to be applied by an osteopath or physiotherpist. If this does not work surgery would be your next choice.
