Shin Splints
Hi Doc
I am very active and play allot of leaque squash, i have recently bought new squash shoes and from the beginning they have caused me to get shin splints. They are top of the range shoes so i can't see why i should have this problem, my mates have these shoes with no issues. My question is how can one repair it or is it something similar to tennis elbow were rest is the only cure. What is it exactly?
