ADDICTED
AT FIRST I USE TO TAKE A GRANDPA JUST FOR A HEADACHE BUT KNOW I AM ADDICTED. I DRINK AT LEAST 4 OR MORE A DAY. I ALSO SMOKE ABOUT 5 CIGARETTES A DAY AND CONSUME ONE BOTTLE OF BEER EVERY NIGHT. IS THIS DANGEROUS FOR MY SYSTEM AND WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I CONTINUE WITH ALL THIS DRINKING OF GRANDPA'S
Mel, taking too many Grandpa’s can lead to stomach ulcers and kidney damage. The problem is that withdrawal from Grandpa’s may cause the exact symptoms you took them for in the first place. There is no danger in going “cold turkey” – just stop buying them and hang in there. You will probably have headaches and feel miserable for a couple of days, but then it should be OK. Having a bottle of beer a night isn’t too bad, so rather work on stopping smoking next. Good luck.
