Allergy
After 9 years of using cortisone for an allergy which cannot be pinpointed, I have discovered that plain old baking soda does a better job of getting rid of the allergy than cortisone.
I take a spoon of baking soda 3 time a day if the allergy starts and sometimes every day or 3.

Bt, it neutralises the stomach acid and this may lead to an increase in stomach acid. This may in turn lead to heartburn and even ulcers, but it is a possibility and not a given. You can have blood taken to determine whether it is having a bad effect, but I doubt that it will if you take it every 3rd day. Good luck.
