back and knee problems
I was wondering whether you can help me.
Firstly, my lower back is really hurting me lately. I can feel it first thing in the mornings. I am also waking up with pins and needles in my hands. Could this all be related to a car accident I had last year?
Secondly, when I walk down stairs quite slowly or do squatting exercises, it feels like something is pulling behind my knee. It is quite sore and I am getting worried that maybe my cartliage is going?
I am 34 years old.

Hi Bessie
Yes you may have a nerve pinching due to muscle spasm in your back. You can ask a physiotherapist to evaluate your back and see if you need to see a doctor?
