Back Problems
Hi

I have been having continuos pains between my left shoulder blade and spine. It feels as if my muscles are in one big knot and this is affecting my sleeping habbits. When I push my shoulders towards each other I feel a crack and then immediately feel some relief for a few minutes. I practise good posture and walk upright. I do not thinkit can be realated to stress as I was relaxing at home for the last two weeks and I have still had this problem. I feel that the pain is becoming more each day. Is there an ointment or spray that I could use before running to my GP?

Theo, I doubt that an ointment or spray will help, but you can try something like Voltaren® gel or Transact® plasters. If that doesn’t improve it within a couple of days, the best would be to see your doctor and have it sorted out. Good luck.
