BAD BLOATING
I am 47, i would say rather healthy, only problem i have is high blood pressure which is under control. After every meal no matter what, my belly goes very hard and expands which looks like I am pregnant, which becomes embarrassing. Every other part of my body is fine, my weight is fine for my height. Although it does not pain it is uncomfortable and lastsfor anything up 3-5 hours. I have noticed after eating potatoes, it is at its worst. Where do I start!
Dear MS1
You may be intolerant to certain foods - try avoiding the most obvious symptom-causing food. Also try adding probiotic and Pancreoflat to each meal - to assist digestion. This sound a bit like an irritable bowel or food allergy.
