Is it possible that a large dose of Bioplus ( guess about 50 ml)can be the cause of a blood alcohol level of 0.026, about 2 hours after it was taken? If it may help with an answer, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes after the incident.

As far as I know Bioplus does not contain alcohol, so it is unlikely to cause an increase in blood alchohol level. Things like cough mixture/cold medications may contain alcohol though
