HI Nitesh
The big picture is that Birdflu has been around for centuries. A specific strain infected some people working with the butchery of birds in the East lately and it is not transmittable between people at this stage. More people died of TB in South AFrica in the past month than of Birdflu worldwide in the past 10 years. If you are not going to butcher birds and you are going to stay in fairly neat and clean quarters and eat out of restaurants - you don't have to worry.
