I would just like to know when I go to the loo and do a nr2 why their is sometimes blood in my stool?

Loo, the most common cause is haemorrhoids, but it might be due to a host of other things including an anal tear, anal abscess, polyps, inflammatory bowel diseases and even cancer. This is why the best would be to see your doctor and have it sorted out. Good luck.
