blood in urine
Hi Doc,

Please your opinion would be appreciated. My husband age 44 has recurring bouts of blood in the urine. They have tested it an accoridng to the readings it was no longer readable on a scale of 100 ? This bleed is not all the time but comes and goes. He is due to go into hospital on Thursday. A scan has revealed that he has a cyst or growth on the one kidney and a kidney stone in the other kidney. The uroligist did say that either of these could not cause such bleeding so he wanted to look at the bladder as well. Doc what is your opinion. What could it be.

My husband is also very tired i.e. last went we looked for him in all the ususal places. garden, garage etc, and found him fast asleep at 18h00 on his bed. the next night goes for a little lie down at 19h00 and sleeps right through, did not even wake up for a bath, that is not like him. I am really worried, this is what I do best...... worry

Ww, if he is bleeding so little that you can read it on a scale of 100, it can’t be the cause of his tiredness. Or did I misunderstand the scale? Let me know as a new question and we’ll take it from there. Good luck.
