blood pressure drop
I am a healthy 26 year old female. I don''''t know whether this problem is sleep related or not, but it only happens at night. When I wake up during the night to check on my kids, a few minutes after I get up an intense dizziness and nausea comes over me. My ears block up and sometimes I feel so weak that I literally have to lay down on the floor because its not possible to keep myself up. My face becomes so white I look almost green and I break out in a sweat. This happens regardless of how fast or slowly I stand up and can happen up to four or five times a night. I am concerned about this because I almost dropped my baby last night because I became so weak. Please help

Consult your GP as soon as possible for an examination and blood tests, as well as a close look at your blood pressure. A 24 hour holter monitor test will give a clear indication of what your blood pressure is doing over a 24 hour period, especially during the night.
