Blue Eyes
My eyes are baggy and blue almost black underneath.
Appart from not enough sleep; could there be another cause? People said it can be high blood or hart. I need advise from an expert.

It can be caused by allergies, or due to kidneys not working 100%. High blood pressure don't necessarily have visible symptoms. I think you must see your GP for an examination and some bloodtests
