Blue Hands
My 17yr old daughter continuely has blue hands, they are so cold to the touch, is this normal. She wears cut off gloves just to keep her hands warm. I spoke with our GP a couple of years back and he said not to worry, but over the years her hands see tobe getting colder. Is there anything I can do to assist her?
Hallo Ron
You can get a vitamin supplement called "flush free niacin" for her - this will help to increase the blood flow in her extremities. She needs to take this daily.
