Breasts are not always exactly the same size but if they differ a bra size, or if the difference became more prominent, you should let your have your doctor have a a look to exclude growths or cysts. If the breasts are healthy but very different in size, you can consider seeing a plastic surgeon for augmentation of the smaller breast or reducing the bigger one.
