Bruising ( blood under skin) on arms
I bruise extensively on my arms with just a slight bump or scratch. it looks as if the blood vessels under the skin rupture.
i take co-Approvel for blood pressure and have CLL ( not on treatment at this time). Could either of these be the cause?

You will have to consult your doctor, as the extensive bruising can be a sign that the CLL is not in remission. Other possibilities include chronic infections or blood clotting disorders.
