Buzzing in the back of my head
I had a neck fusion 10years ago and in the past two years I have this chronic buzzing sound in the back of my head and have started having neck spasms.

The buzzing sound may be tinnitus caused by a hearing problem or medication (aspirin) or meniere's disease. Neck spasms may be caused by certain physical actions or weak back muscles. You can see an ear nose and throat specialist or your GP for the tinnitus and a physiotherapist for the neck spasms
