Can diets be negatively affected by exercise
I am on a very strict diet (lost 14.2Kg’s in 15 weeks and 9.8 to go) but to the determinant of my fitness. It was discovered that the Human Growth Hormone was not as active as it should be – so while I was still spinning I did NOT loses weight but the moment I stopped spinning I started to loose weight. Is this a coincidence and if not when can I go back to spinning.
Mrs, it might be that you retaining water or that you were building muscle due to the exercise, but otherwise exercise should be beneficial to weight loss. Good luck.
