centre abdominal pain , left sholder blade pain, uncomfortable abdominal feeling and sometimes breathing problems
please could you help me find out what is wrong i do smoke i am 24 years of age could it just be in my head and i worry about my heart alot sometimes i just doesnt feel right

Why aren't you already sitting in the waiting room!! - this needs checking out. Could just be a hiatus hernia but you need at least a ECG and maybe a Chest X/ray. Please make an appointment with your doctor.
