Dear Girly
Beans are vegetables, chocolates are made of cocoa beans, so chocolates must be related to vegetables :-) I hope! It is not altogether "bad" for you as it is actually low GI and contains chemicals and Calcium that are useful. Unfortunately it is very high in fat, so will cause weight gain if you eat too much and should also be eating in small portions by people with high cholesterol or diabetes.
Dark chocolate is less fattening ( But Lindt is still the nicest....)

If you want to know if you can eat chocolate - yes you can, but keep the portions small!
