Confused
I am 48, male, recent bloodtests show excellent health status (cholestrol so good only to be tested again in 5 years) full bloodcount 100%, sugar levels ok etc...
However i experience excessive tiredness, and irritabilly. When i go to sleep i experience slight cramping in upper leg just above my knees.Also i fall asleep only to wake up again after 20 to 30 min for no apparant reason. Do you please have an idea what's wrong

Fransi, it might be due to stress or a depressed mood. It might also be due to something that your doctor didn’t test for, so if your 100% sure that you’re not stressed or depressed, the best would be to see your doctor or a specialist physician. Good luck.
