Constipated
Hi,
I am suffering from constipation. Is there anything that I should eat that could help me? I am on diet, trying to eat lots of fibre and still struggling with bowel movement.

Sarah, if you’re on a diet, it is probably because of one or a combination of the following:
1. You’re eating too little food to form proper stools.
2. You’re taking too little fluids.
3. You’re not eating enough roughage.
4. You’re eating the wrong foods.
The best person to ask would be DietDoc. Good luck.
