CRACKED HEELS
Hi Doc

I have very dry heels even though I use a pumice stone and good moisturisers. The thing is, the one heel has developed a large and painful crack that is bleeding. Nothing seems to heal it. I've tried Bactroban, putting on plasters, you name it.
What can I do to heal it, unfortunately I can't stay off my feet.

Tx

Dear Heel
See at Dischem - Heel Remedy or Eulactol heel balm works wonders. Put a thick paste on your heal and wrap your foot with clingwrap for the night. You may need to use this for a week or so before getting results.
