depression + diabetes
im 18 years old and suffer from depression. i have also got diabetes
and suspeck that the two are related. i do not take insulin.
is there other effective medication to releive the depression?
is there certian foods which i should not eat (exept sugar)?
i am not taking any medication exept bramazapham(for sleeping problems).

Chaos ad, if you have diabetes you should be taking treatment for it. Once your diabetes is under control you should start feeling better. You should also consult a dietician so that she can work out a diet for you that will suit your specific needs and lifestyle. Good luck.
