Doc plse help, I have a daughter who is a insulin dependent
diabetic. I just would like to know, when she's low as in "hypo"

Jwtk, when there is too little sugar for the brain to work properly, it seems like the patient is drunk/strange/confused. Too little sugar can slow down brain functioning just like too much alcohol can. It is a sign of a serious hypoglycaemia and action needs to be taken immediately to rectify it. Good luck.
