Difficulty in breathing
Hi,
I have difficulty in breathing, especially during the night. It feels that there is not enough air in my lungs, so I take a deep breath, but I can not get enough air as it feels that my chest can not expand enough. I have to try again and again and after some time I get the air and I am fine for few minutes, then the whole rigmorale starts again. It sometimes happen also during the day, but not as severe as during the night.
I had a test for astma, but it came negative. What can it be and what can I do to help myself, as sometimes it keeps me awaike nearly all night.

Olenka, is it just when you’re sleeping or any time after the sun has set? Can you also let me know how old you are, if you’re taking any medication and what your BMI is (weight in kilogram divided by you height in metres squared)? Please post your answer as a new question to ensure I get it. Good luck.
