Dizzy wizzy
Hi there
Sometimes I feel a bit dizzy or off balance for no reason - what could be the cause. I have also had a headache now and then but not a major one. I was in a car accident years ago and had stitches to my head - do you think it could be related? Or am I aneamic?

Poopsie, it might be related to the accident or anaemia, but it might also be due to other causes like middle ear problems, blood sugar problems, neurological problems, etc. The best would be to see your doctor about it and have him sort it out for you as all I can do from this side of the screen is guess about the cause.
