i would like some info my grandson who is 4 was diagnosed with hearing problem according to tests that were carried out the problem is in his inner ear what could have caused it the doc says that he has to wear hearing aids will this be life long is there no operation to rectify this he is in bristol in england plese help i am a very worried grandma thank you
