Ears and flying
We planning an overseas holiday. Last year we flew from CT to PE and both children (16 and 11) had severe ear ache. What do u recommend before, during and after flight? Will grommets help?
Jetty, the best would be to take them to the doctor 3-4 days before the flight to make sure that nothing serious is the matter with their ears. If there are signs of an infection, he will be able to give them treatment to take care of it. Grommets might help, but it’s a very drastic step to take. Good luck.
