ELEMENTS AND MINERALS ABSORBED BY SKIN
Which elements and minerals are absorbed through the skin? If too many or answer will take too much time, could you please refer me to applicable literature? Thanks

Mariana, very few elements and minerals are absorbed by the skin in measurable quantities. This is because they have to be both water and oil soluble. I don’t know where you can find the list that you’re after, but you can try searching the librarians index at www.lli.org. You can also drop the skin doc a line. Good luck.
