i have a problem with my tummy, it keeps making funny sounds, this so embarrasing wen i am around people or in meetings at work, this has went on for about 4 to 5 years now, i used to hide this by eating something everytime i hear the sound, but i have noticed that even when i am eating or finished eating i still hear the sound. pls tell me wat to buy at the chemist to make this stop, i keep apologising at the office wenever it happens, pls tell me wat to do. i dont know if its going to help but i have noticed that i have this sounds sumtimes on my abdomen, wen i have my period do u think its related?

You just have very active bowel movements - this is called borborygmi and is quite normal.
You can try to reduce the noise by eating regular small meals, avoiding gas forming foods and gassy cooldrinks, and drinking enough water.
