Epstein Barr Virus
I was diagnosed with the Epstein Barr Virus. I am very tired and my liver is enlarged to 20cm. How long before I can start with cycling again or is it ok to do low intensity exersise?

You must be careful not to push your body while still sick as this may cause a flare up of the viral infection. Rather wait about 6 weeks before you start exercising again.
