dear doc.

i am a working married woman. i am obviously very busy and i often feel very tired.

i've started taking a vitamin supplement that i helping me a bit. do you reckon if i do excercise it will give me more energy ar will it tire me out even more?

Ani, if you start your exercise regimen by just taking a brisk walk for 20-30 minutes 3 times a week, it should make you feel better. Once you’re fit you can start doing more strenuous exercises otherwise it will just make you more tired. Good luck.
