fibromyalgia - help with pains in neck and shoulders
I have a history of about 16 years with fibromyalgia. I am 54.
It has improved due to changes in lifestyle and stress circumstances, etc, but in the past few days, I have suffered the worst attack of back and neck pain ever. Got my daughter to massage with Arnica/menthol gel. It helped a little for an hour or so, but it is getting worse and the pain is spreading down my arms. I've been taking myprodol for the last 2 days - helps for an hour or 2.
Please advise.

Hallo Lolly
It may help to get dry needling at a knowledgable physio - works wonders. Try using Adcodol and Brufen - it has a muscle relaxant in it.
